Fields Pass through some Objects...Reconsidered

• Yes and no.
• Some fields can pass through some objects (an electric field passing through a piece of paper).
• Some fields can't pass through any objects (air considered as a field of pressure cannot pass through a solid wall).
• WAVES pass through some objects (a sound wave can propagate through a solid wall, while the air field carrying the wave does not).

Fields are Invisible but can be Detected and Measured
Fields are Three-Dimensional
Fields may be Blocked or Altered by some Objects
Fields are Created by Sources
Fields Map the Strength and Direction of Forces exerted by Sources
