A grid is overlaid onto the gallery space as a masking technique similar to that used in camouflage. Cubes floating within the room create subtle visual distortions. Up close the observer discovers that these "cubes" are inferred by a series of shifted planes. These planes allow the observer to "slip" among them into the field exhibits.
